The American Princess
Play Booklet, January 2010Bezalel School Project
An experimental format for the canonical play "The American Princess" by Israeli playwright Nissim Aloni. The play tells the story of an exiled king who tries to prepare his son, the heir, to reclaim their kingdom and throne.
The typography-focused format uses bracket styles to differentiate between characters. By rearranging the classic dialogue layout it offers a new reading method, which resembles comic strips and fotonovelas.
